Riccardo leads with empathy, and he highly values the establishment of strategic relationships and networks. He understands that no one can predict the future, and therefore he sets up an antifragile systems that allow him to deal with unknowns when they materialize. He is fiercely achievement-oriented, and he brings a strong sense of urgency to get things done; however, He is always prepared to entertain new ideas to solve problems. While he is predominantly interested in big-picture thinking and creative problem-solving, he balances this tendency with a need to translate ideas into workable solutions.
